What we do

Four programs.
One mission.

The coaches and the relationships already exist. We built the infrastructure around them.

🏆
Athlete Sponsorship
We cover flights, league fees, and team costs for coach-recommended athletes on a professional track. Money goes directly to what keeps athletes competing.
🏕️
Sports Camps
Skill development camps led by credentialed coaches across multiple sports. Entry points for athletes who need to be seen — and communities that need to stay active.
💼
Coach Employment
Great coaches should earn living wages. Our employment program connects qualified coaches with sustainable roles inside our ecosystem.
🤝
Community Mentorship
Sport is the hook. Connection is the point. We pair athletes with mentors who've walked the road — keeping them involved and supported for life.

Athlete Sponsorship

Coaches refer.
We cover the costs.

AAU Basketball is our anchor sport — but this program extends to any sport where a credentialed coach sees a kid with a real shot.

1
A coach identifies the athlete A credentialed coach in our network spots potential and submits a referral through this page.
2
Fit Future reviews and approves We assess fit, confirm eligibility, and commit to covering the athlete's competitive expenses.
3
We fund. They compete. Donations flow to Fit Future, which pays expenses directly. No middlemen. No funding gaps.
✈️ Flights ($500–$600)
🏟️ League Fees ($200–$2,500)
🏨 Hotel & Meals ($800–$900/trip)
🏀 Gear & Equipment

The average American family spent $1,016 on their child's primary sport in 2024. A competitive AAU athlete needs $5,100–$5,800 per season — five times that. Fit Future closes the gap.
